A Blind Mother Sees Again

Dafne Gutierrez, a 30-year-old mother of three in Phoenix, Arizona, had lost her sight because of Arnold-Chiari malformation, a condition affecting the brain.

In January 2016 a relic of Saint Charbel visited Saint Joseph Maronite Catholic Church in Phoenix, and she came to pray before it.

The next morning she woke with itchy eyes and pressure in her head. In the glow of a nightlight she cried out to her husband, "I can see you. I can see you."
